Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ROS, a restaurant booking, ordering and messaging platform provided by SatvicTech. By using ROS you agree to these terms.

The service

ROS lets guests book tables, pay a refundable seat deposit, pre-order and pay for food, and receive updates; and lets restaurants manage those bookings, orders and their kitchen. ROS facilitates these interactions between you and the restaurant — the restaurant remains responsible for the food and service it provides.

Bookings & deposits

A booking may require a small refundable deposit to hold your table. Where a deposit applies, it is adjusted against your bill or refunded per the restaurant’s stated policy. No-shows may forfeit the deposit where the restaurant has set that policy.

Payments

Payments and refunds are processed by our payment provider (Razorpay) and/or UPI. We do not store your card or bank details. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, SatvicTech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of ROS. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
